| 9:08 on 2008-04-22 To try and resolve ongoing issues the telephone engineers will again be testing our lines today. This work should take no longer than 15 minutes. If you need to contact us during this time, please do so by email or live chat. 14:20 on 2008-04-11 Our phone engineers have had to temporarily take down the telephone connection to resolve the issues we have been experiencing this morning.
